The Exchange Corporate Center is located in Oconee County and is currently the location of the home office for W&A Engineering. The class – A office facility consists of 3 – 2 story buildings with a total of 108,000 square feet. W&A was involved in the project from the concept plan phase through design, permitting, and construction management.
