Rivet House

Currently under construction in Athens, Georgia’s Southern Mill Complex, Rivet House will be a 55-key luxury boutique hotel serving the residents and visitors of the Classic City. This adaptive reuse project, located just five minutes from downtown Athens, will transform the Southern Mill Complex’s southwestern-most building into a vibrant, one-of-a-kind site offering unique amenities and easy access to the surrounding community in one of Athens’s oldest neighborhoods. The W&A Engineering team is performing civil site design work from permitting through construction administration for Rivet House and are currently in the process of finding innovative design solutions for the site’s unique challenges. W&A Engineering is working with construction team and fellow Southern Mill Complex resident Character Built Construction on this project.
