RaceTrac at Oconee Street

This project involves the development of a new RaceTrac gas station on Oconee Street in Athens, positioned on 2.97-acres. W&A performed an ALTA survey in addition to preparing site development plans. The project plans required coordination with GDOT to realign the adjacent road, Old Winterville Road, and integration of the GDOT programmed improvements into the design of the signal and roadway.
