Presbyterian Village – Athens

Presbyterian Village is a 70-acre mixed-use residential community currently under construction in neighboring Oconee County, located in the Athens-Clarke County Metropolitan Area. The development offers a full continuum of senior care options for senior residents. The site consists of a diverse set of living options including a 100 unit Health Services and Assisted Living Facility, a 100 unit Independent Living Apartment Facility, 113 Single Family Homes, and 26 Two-Family Attached Homes. The campus also includes a variety of dining facilities, fitness and entertainment options, a library, coffee shops, community gardens, nature trails, and outdoor amenities.
