Phi Kappa Tau – Athens, GA

W&A Engineering helped the Phi Kappa Tau brotherhood at the University of Georgia establish their new home by taking an existing building on 1.01 acres on West Broad Street in Athens, GA and converting it into the perfect fraternity house for the Phi Kappa Tau organization.
