Forsyth Medical Complex

The Forsyth Medical Complex was designed in an overall campus master plan featuring two state of the art medical office buildings totaling in excess of 100,000 square feet built atop a structured parking facility reserved exclusively for physicians and staff. The complex is to be located in Cumming, GA on a ten-acre parcel of land directly across from the entrance to Northside Hospital – Forsyth. The complex offers doctors and patients superb accessibility as it provides access to and from both Ronald Reagan Blvd. and Haw Creek Road. Design elements included campus circulation, underground detention, and associated parking.
