Engineering and permitting of a new urbanism neighborhood in conjunction with Medick Architects, Baltimore, Maryland. Services included design and engineering of roads, on-street parking, utilities, and stormwater management. Included permitting through Athens-Clarke County (LDA), State of Georgia (EPD), and Federal (Army Corp).
