840 Woodrow Street

As part of a new commercial and residential development set to break ground in 2023, the W&A Engineering team partnered with fellow Better Communities Collaborative affiliate Geolucix to run a boundary control of an abandoned supply building and surrounding site. Geolucix provided LiDAR surveying and terrestrial scanning services to developer Woodfield Development in their work to revitalize a long-neglected building on Woodrow Street in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia and transform it into an adaptive reuse project where commercial and light-industrial uses are planned.
