The Standard at Baton Rouge

The Standard at Baton Rouge is an off-campus mid-rise student living community located at the intersection of Chimes Street and Alaska Street. This location is conveniently located to Louisiana State University’s northeast end, adjacent to LSU’s sports training facilities. The 5-acre multifamily development consists of 287 units consisting of 847 beds. In addition to the residential apartments, amenity areas designed by W&A include three outdoor courtyards and two on-site resort-style pools, including one on the rooftop. In addition, the project also includes a parking deck providing 848 total parking spaces. W&A provided site design, stormwater, utility design, coordination of structural design pertaining to site-related elements including retaining walls and geo-piers, pool and courtyard design, planting design, and construction administration for the project.
