Athens, GA– Better Communities Collaborative announced today that its collective of affiliate firms, including W&A Engineering and GroundHawk, has been named a 2025 Best Firm To Work For Award, recognizing BCC as one of North America’s best firms leading the AEC industry in progressive workplace practices, employee benefits, professional development, and more.
This is the fourth consecutive year Better Communities Collaborative has been awarded this honor. Ranked both by firm size and discipline, BCC ranked 35th among firms with 50-99 employees and 67th among multidisciplinary firms.
Presented by Zweig Group, an industry leader in AEC firm management and the executive overseer of the only national “Best Firms To Work For” contest in the AEC industry, this award recognizes firms for their ability to inspire their teams to perform at the highest levels.
