It’s with great pleasure that we’re able to announce W&A Engineering’s 2021 Employee of the Year, Adam Bledsoe, RLS!
Every year, the employees of W&A Engineering nominate one of their own to be named Employee of the Year. This nominee is chosen based on their commitment to the firm’s mission, their accountability in the workplace, the resourcefulness with which they find innovative solutions, their ability to expand and grow, and their dedication to social responsibility.
“Adam genuinely lives the W&A vow every single day,” said Clayton Washburn, Nashville’s Director of Operations, “He constantly looks for ways to leverage growth opportunities, and his leadership style has attracted highly qualified candidates to join our team.”
It wasn’t long ago that Adam single-handedly started the Nashville office’s surveying team. At the time, he was also the only member. Under Adam’s leadership, his surveying team now consists of twelve motivated land surveying professionals with the department having doubled in just one day back in August.
Just a few days before Adam was named the 2021 Employee of the Year, the Nashville surveying team officially eclipsed $1,000,000 in contracts, a feat made possible through the hard work of the department’s surveying professionals and Adam Bledsoe’s leadership!
