W&A Engineering successfully rezoned two properties with an unanimous vote from Athens-Clarke County commissioners. One of these rezones will allow celebrity chef Hugh Acheson’s flagship restaurant, 5&10, to move into the former Hawthorne House at 1073 S. Milledge Ave.
